I finally founded SendThemSoaring in 2019 but have been dreaming about it for years. I love to support and enable people to achieve their potential and thrive in life. This core value has underpinned all the roles I have held as lecturer, mentor, PhD supervisor, line manager, Head of Department and Dean for Diversity and Inclusion.
SendThemSoaring is the home of my coaching practice. I completed the Professional Certificate in Coaching with Henley Business School during 2019. I also offer mentoring to those working in higher education and women working in Science Technology and Engineering (STEM). I support children and teachers in developing a love of science through Professor Ellie’s Lab.
